It has been a fantastic experience onboard the Capella Cruise on Lan Ha Bay! All the facilities were good, the staff were so friendly and gave us an incredible treatment! Almost the guests loved the water slide game which is so fun and well prepared by the crew. A terrific fun game! My kid also loved many nice activities as cooking class, squid fishing, happy hour or outdoor cinema at night... The food was really fresh & delicious, especially we had enjoyed "double breakfast" on Day 2 before leaving. Clean and comfortable cabin! Actually our Owner Suites was one of the best cabin on the Bay with panoramic view of the ocean. Decoration was so luxurious and the chilled out balcony was so spacious. Beyond my expectation! I’d like to give a special thanks to FB staffs who did a great job and always made sure that we're well taken care of. Besides, Tom Cruise Manager was a funny and nice man. Thanks for making this such a memorable experience. Highly recommend this fabulous experience and will definitely visit it again by longer initerary in the future!

     Verified Wonderful and memorable trip
Our experience with Capella Cruise in Halong Bay was excellent. The shuttle bus of cruise was very nice with good, friendly driver. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our rooms are clean and spacious with private terrace. Our hostess, Dylan, was excellent in taking care of us. The activities are well organized with private kayaking area, water slide & swimming on the bay was very exciting which you can not find in any other cruise in Halong.      Verified Best cruise ever!
We had the most amazing experience on our 2-night/3-day Capella cruise! The views of Halong Bay were absolutely breathtaking, but the best part of the curise for us was the service and hospitality of the incredibly kind and gracious staff. All of the staff truly went above and beyond for us - especially Olivia and Tely. Gin and Rose were also fantastic...and really everyone on the ship. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, as well as our bathroom. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was plentiful and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed all of the planned excursions and onboard activites, including kayaking, tai chi, learning to make spring rolls and the awesome water slide. This cruise was recommended to me by my Vietnamese student. We booked it for my mom's birthday. We were amazed by the quality of this cruise! In 4 days that we e stayed, the crew has become our family! Unforgettable experience. Food was beyond outstanding! Service was great 👍. Plenty of time to swim, kayak, water slide , explore the local villages. We totally didn't expect that they sang "happy birthday" and brought a nice cake for my mom. Our family had a fantastic time onboard the Capella Cruise on Halong Bay. Everything was well organized and the staff were terrific. Special mention to Gin, Chris who took us on the shore excursions, Rose for her hospitality as well as Tely and Timmy who served us during our meals. They were all very passionate, professional and caring. Thanks also to the Cruise Manager Tom who kept us well informed and managed our entire itinerary. Such a wonderful cruise with incredible people. The food was delicious and catered for my partner and my allergies.
